I have always had a very healthy curiosity for the way our minds work and for how we interact with ourselves and with those around us … a curiosity which grew into a passion and a desire to become a therapist.

I truly feel that this passion, combined with my life experiences of trauma, anxiety, and depression, have helped me gain a deep understanding of my own road to healing while also fostering a genuine compassion and empathy for the lived experiences and healing journeys of those around me.

I have lived in the Sea to Sky corridor for almost 20 years, during which time I have worked in Whistler’s busy service industry as well as in an early childhood education role providing behavioural and developmental support for local children and their families.
